In order to qualify and develop the talents of our employees, the Réseau Sélection Academy provides training tailored to our needs and our reality. It is a library of standardized training, recognized and certified to meet the specifications of Réseau Sélection.

Upon hiring, each employee receives basic training in superior customer service. We want to provide a frame of reference for all our employees, to standardize our interactions and provide a better understanding of the characteristics and needs of our clients.
